Jen Norton, founder of Integrative Haven & I will guide you through some restorative breathwork on the mat, then combine alchemy sound bath meditation with an introduction to lymphatic self-care. We will close out our session with guidance from Chris Griffin, co-founder of Griffy’s Organics, on the anti-inflammatory, hormone balancing & immune boosting benefits organic juice has on the body. You will also have the opportunity to taste some cold pressed organic juice & purchase your favorites right on the spot. This session will leave you feeling calm, restored and centered, while walking away with knowledge & tools on how to care for your mind & body.
