We will guide you through some restorative breathwork on the mat, then combine alchemy sound bath with meditation, while introducing reiki self care protocol. This session will leave you feeling calm, restored and centered as we celebrate the longest day of the year - summer solstice.

You will be guided through reiki self care protocol that will be the perfect way to support your wellbeing moving into the beautiful summer months. Reiki uses light touch to help harness your own healing energy. While holding a positive mindset it strengthens the bridge between mind + body. This connection allows for increased relaxation and a decrease in stress + anxiety. These positive changes promotes the body’s ability to heal + come to balance.
