We believe that keeping sessions small is key when developing a wellness practice. Our small group open classes are held in groups of less than 10, which allows for a more intimate connection to form, breath and intentional movement.

Our Stay Well Signature sessions offer a chance for you to find presence through the connection between breath + movement. We lean into getting comfortable, being uncomfortable because it is in that moment of discomfort that change occurs.

The Salt Well is our grounding salt therapy room. It is lined with Himalayan salt and can be used with or without the Halogenerator, which pushes pharmaceutical grade salt into the air to be inhaled and absorbed into the skin. Salt is known for it’s anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and immune boosting benefits. What you may not be aware of is it’s effect on the nervous system— We adopted this therapy years ago as a way of tapping more easily into the parasympathetic nervous system. When creating a practice of movement, meditation + breathwork, including salt therapy was an incredibly effective way to trigger that rest + digest state, allowing the body + mind to connect on an even deeper level. The Salt Well is available for individual + private small group sessions of less than 4.

It is in our Private Offering that we deep dive into your specific goals - or more importantly become aware of those goals. The focus moves from the needs of the group to your individual needs. Any class can be customized to fit your preference, which is ideal if you are newly reprioritizing your health and wellbeing.

One-to-One and Small Group sessions are both encouraged in this space, as we welcome small groups of friends and/or couples working toward similar goals to collectively grow their wellness practices.
