SOMATIC MOVE WELL is a grounding and restrative class designed to help you reconnect to your body through movement breath, and stillness. We combine slow, intentional movement with guided breathwork and meditation to help you release stress, awaken body awareness, and explore your personal somatic signature — how your body holds, moves, and flows. Each class is an invitation to move from within, cultivate calm and return to a sense of ease and wholeness.
