EDUCATIONAL BREATH + STRENGTH WORKSHOP

Suitable for all levels, including those who are pregnant and postpartum, Floor & Core is a 60-minute movement and exercise class designed to help you connect breath, core, and pelvic floor within a full-body strength program. We will begin with a short intro on the importance of the pelvic floor, move through a breath-based warm up, then flow into strength circuits that are adaptable but challenging. We will close with a cool down that will make you feel grounded and restored. Morgan will be available to answer any questions after class.
