BEFORE THE BOIL: Taking Charge of Perimenopause
with Kristin Mallon CNM, MS, RNC-OB
Perimenopause doesn’t happen overnight, it’s a gradual change, like the slow boil of water that a frog doesn’t notice until it’s too late. Too many women dismiss the early signs: fatigue, mood shifts, irregular cycles, until the “heat” becomes overwhelming.
That’s why starting early matters. In Before the Boil, women’s health expert Kristen Mallon, will guide you through the subtle shifts of perimenopause, how to recognize them, and what you can do now to protect your long-term health and well-being.
This is your chance to ask questions, get clarity, and learn how to avoid being the frog in the pot. Don’t wait for the water to boil, understand the signs, take control, and step into this next chapter feeling empowered.

How to recognize the subtle shifts your body is experiencing
