Jen Norton, founder of Integrative Haven & I will guide you through some restorative breathwork on the mat, then combine alchemy sound bath meditation with an introduction to nervous system regulation through Reiki Self Care. This session will leave you feeling calm, restored and centered, while walking away with knowledge & tools on how to care for your mind & body.

Reiki uses light touch to help harness your own healing energy. While holding a positive mindset it strengthens the bridge between mind + body. This connection allows for increased relaxation + a decrease in stress + anxiety. These positive changes promotes the body’s ability to heal + come to balance.
| ALCHEMY SOUND BATH MEDITATION |
Alchemy singing bowls produce sound that invokes a deep state of relaxation which aids in meditation, reduces stress and assists in holistic healing. These vibrations promote a calm mind and support the body’s ability to connected to the parasympathetic nervous system to send the body into a “rest and digest” state accelerating the body’s ability to heal. The Alchemy bowls have gemstones and precious metals heated in with the quartz, which allows them to emit a pure, cosmic sound that expands into a multitude of vibrant overtones.
