MOVE | BREATHE | MEDITATE
A core focused hybrid of barre, pilates + yoga inspired movement that connects your breathe to your movement to allow you to move with intention. This is functional movement that focuses on strength, flexibility, mobility, form and breath. We close out each session with a 15 min guided meditation. You’ll leave feeling strong + centered.
