A special Move Well class designed to wake the body and calm the mind through intentional movement, breathwork, and meditation.
For this session we will close with a guided, Mother’s Day–inspired meditation—an opportunity to ground, reflect, and receive—followed by mimosas to ease into the rest of your day.
Come as you are. Everything is taken care of for you—just arrive, settle in, and start your day feeling aligned.
