ROOTS YOGA

“Roots Yoga” is an all-levels class dedicated to getting back to our roots; that is, back to the basics and fundamentals of a sound yoga practice. Roots Yoga is inspired by the Anusara tradition of yoga, which emphasizes proper alignment in poses for optimal movement and energy flow. Roots Yoga calls us to step into the flow of Grace, create space in our physical and mental bodies, and ground ourselves in our roots so we may rise to our highest intentions both on and off the mat.
