This DREAM location allows us to not only connect to our mind & body, but also nature. We move right on the sand along side the shoreline while the view is filled with our local favorites - dolphin & whale pods.
A core focused hybrid of barre, pilates + yoga inspired movement that connects your breathe to your movement to allow you to move with intention. This is functional movement that focuses on strength, flexibility, mobility, form and breath. We close out each session with a 10 min guided meditation. You’ll leave feeling strong + centered.
All classes are practiced in small groups, as attention to form and breathing techniques are of the highest priority. This is not just a workout for your body, but also for your mind + nervous system.
